Although we don't have an exchange policy in place, if a customer insists on exchanging a book, we will do our best to assist. Unfortunately, as a very small business, we cannot guarantee exchanges, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. However, if we make a mistake by shipping the wrong item, we will take full responsibility and ensure our customers are completely satisfied.
